Gina is especially versed in making spontaneous moves as she is married to professional baseball pitcher Justin Grimm. And she is offering her expertise to other pro athletes and their families moving into or being traded outside of Nashville.

Lessons from the Road

The Grimms moved to Nashville in 2017, a year after Justin Grimm pitched for the Chicago Cubs in the World Series and won! Nashville is Justin’s home base for training during the off season.

That year, when not on the road, Gina was able to spend time studying real estate and obtained her license. But there’s been a lot of “on the road.” From Kansas City (Royals) to Seattle (Mariners) to Cleveland (Indians) to Oklahoma City (Dodgers AAA) to Louisville Bats (Cincinnati AAA) to Milwaukee (Brewers).

What being on the road has taught Gina about real estate is that to move quickly you have to act quickly. Gina is especially proficient at assessing the situation and making a strategic plan for sellers and buyers to accomplish their goals on a specific timeline.

Practice Makes Perfect

Gina’s family moved nine times in 13 years including an overseas move to Australia.

In Australia, while training as a gymnast, Gina caught the attention of Australian Olympic coach, Peggy Liddick who asked Gina to train with the Australian team.

Soon after, Gina’s father took a new job back in the States and the family moved once again.  But Gina continued her gymnastics training in Naperville.

Before college, Gina was a two-time back-to-back Junior Olympic National Champion and Junior Olympic Athlete of the Year before she received a full scholarship to the University of Georgia. In her freshman year in college, her team won the NCAA National Championship title for the fifth straight year in a row. Gina was also an All American and received the MVP Award for Bars as well as earning SEC honors scholastically.

Gina double majored in Communications and Sociology, both of which prepared her for an early successful career in pharmaceutical sales as well as her current real estate career. She is an excellent communicator with the ability to assess complex business and social situations that help sellers and buyers take advantage of opportunities.
